Voted the best frozen dessert by newspapers and magazines worldwide, it offers sundaes, shakes, malts, and frozen quarts to go. I recommend ordering before you arrive using the mobile app rather than waiting at the walk-up window because the area is a bit sketchy. Also, don't forget to get a stamped loyalty card to earn toward free treats.

    I've been coming to Luv-It Frozen Custard for over 46 years—through four generations of this amazing, family-owned stand—and it’s still one of my absolute favorite places in Las Vegas. My go-to order? Swiss Crunch, easy chocolate, extra crunch in the middle. Creature of habit, I know—but it’s just that good! Even though I got a little sticker shock today (10 for my usual treat), it wasn’t unreasonable. Most places charge for extras these days, and I totally understand that. It would have been nice if the girls working today had mentioned the extra charge for extra crunch when I ordered. I also wish they had reminded me to get my card stamped or use the app for points—I always use my card, so a heads-up would have helped. That said, the custard is always incredible, and I go way out of my way to get it—sometimes driving across the valley or even in from Pahrump! My family started coming here not long after they opened, and we've kept the tradition alive ever since. I’ve introduced countless people to Luv-It over the years! A quick heads-up: the neighborhood isn’t the greatest, so stay aware of your surroundings. They don’t take cash anymore, which makes sense given some of the safety concerns nearby. But don't be alarmed if you see emergency vehicles parked out front—first responders love this place too and often stop by just for a sweet treat. Luv-It is a Las Vegas institution, and in my opinion, the only thing that comes close is Portillo’s in Chicago—which is a full decade older—but Luv-It still has my heart. I make a point to bring out-of-town friends, especially those who used to live here, back to this beloved local spot. I don’t eat a lot of sweets—but for Luv-It, I always make an exception.

    I’ve been going since I was a kid and it hasn’t changed a bit through all these years, the prices are even close to the same! Grateful for that! Best sundaes ever and you can always check the flavors of the day on their website. No cash though, can’t blame them for that!
